Having learned her craft with Rubin Postaer in Los Angeles managing print and broadcast ads for Honda's Model Year 2000, Evelyn currently manages the recruitment campaigns for Immigration & Naturalization Services and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Her impressive background has been instrumental in developing advertising goals and strategies to our clients, while earning a solid reputation for client service. Evelyn played a key role in the successful outcome of Census 2000 through the development of contingency plans in hard-to-recruit areas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Hawaii.
